World Cup in Aesthetic Group Gymnastics & EUSA Cup,
which will be held in Wroclaw, Poland, on March 26th-29th, 2009

Visa: Please check in time if your delegation needs a visa for the entry to Poland.
The invitation will be sent upon request, according with visa procedure.
Participation fee: Delegations have to the participation fee (senior 100€; junior 80€)
Technical program: Junior (age 14 - 16) and senior (women over 16 years) teams. (International rules www.ifagg.com)
Delegation: Judges registration must be done at IFAGG’s office, Email: minna.koski@ifagg.com and copy to organizers
Each country will be responsible of their costs of judges (travel and accommodation costs)
Passport control: Passports of all the gymnasts will be checked during entering or exiting the competition area.
Transportation: The organizing committee will provide transportation from the airport / train station / bus station/ venue to hotel and back (only hotels above mentioned).
The transportation fee: 15 € / person.
Lunch: Hotel GEM – Price 15 € / person
Radisson SAS Hotel – Price 25€ / person
