Bulgarian Federation of Aesthetic Group Gymnastics invites you to participate in the World Cup ˛Vand to the I˛Ith International Competition of AGG for juniors and children – Sofia Cup, 17-19.09.2008
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
This Work Plan has been developed in accordance with the following IFAGG regulations and rules.
It’s based on the definitive entry, which had to be in the hands of the Organization Committee of the World Cup Final – Sofia 2008 and IIIth International Competition of Aesthetic Group Gymnastics for juniors and children 12-14 – Sofia Cup:
- Preliminary entry Deadline: JULY 30, 2008
- Hotel reservation Deadline: JULY 30, 2008
- Visa documents Deadline: AUGUST 01, 2008
- Judges registration Deadline: AUGUST 15, 2008
- Definitive entry Deadline: AUGUST 15, 2008
- Travel Plane Deadline: AUGUST 20,2008
*Judges registration to the competitions must be done with IFAGG judges registration form(you will find the form in the end of the invitation) to the IFAGG office as well as a copy for competition organizers.
No registration will be accepted after the above deadline dates
Participation fee: Seniors – 100euro
Juniors - 80 euro
Children – 80 euro

4. ACCOMODITATION
Soon we will inform you about the hotels and their prices!
5. VISAS AND INVITATION
All countries requiring for Visa or just Invitation for entry into Bulgaria, please contact us for the necessary documentation.
6. TRANSPORTATION
The Organization Committee will provide transportation for the delegations from Sofia Airport to host hotel and back, from hotel to competition hall during the Official training and the Competition, and from host hotel to the halls if it’s necessary.
7. ACCRAEDITATION AND PASSPORT CONTROL
The delegations will be accredited upon their arrival in Sofia.
At accreditation, Heads of Delegation must check the correct names of their complete delegation; passports of all gymnasts; make any necessary payments, two (2) copies of their group’s competition music CD, a CD with the National anthem.
The accreditation and passport control will be held in the competition office.
